"Amazing lights and stay"

"The rooms were very clean, however we went to sit in the main lobby to have a cocktail. The tables were unclean and the couches and chairs were stained and dirty, so much so we didn't want to sit on them. I would give them a pass this time as they are going through a major renovation. I would stay here again in the warmer months and see what changes. "

"Love the convenience, hate the crowds and that a once adult, romantic, upscale resort now it's overrun with young children allowed to run amuck in all areas, even the bars. No dress code for your restaurants leashes them feeling like the texas roadhouse, not fine dining. The standards are so low for dress and behavior that a, once fine resort, not feels declasse"

"I read that this property had been remodeled and it has - I’ve been staying at this property for over 30 years (another hotel chain).. However in my research former customers said the property is beautiful but they need new mattresses! I only stayed two nights but I came home with a back ache! As another customer stated the mattresses are bumpy! Please make that investment and purchase new mattresses!! Thank you "

"Very close to Wilmot which has no on resort lodge. Friendly staff and good rooms. Breakfast waffle makers a nice touch. The rest of the breakfast spread is good but very typical American hotel fare. Heated pool and hot tub also make for a great stay."

"First, I have been a patron of this hotel for 15 years. It is near and dear to my heart as I spent my wedding week in the Penthouse. Second, the service was amazing.The front desk managers were both so kind and professional and just fabulous. They allowed us to move rooms which made our Christmas extra special.My interaction with the cleaning crew was minimal but they were fabulous.This is a very clean hotel.
