This property is perfect if you have multiple kids you are staying with. The game room is great, house was clean, they also provide you with enough supplies and location is amazing! Cons- AC must have been pre controlled, we were staying with 10 people and the house was always hot except at night. We tried to lower the AC but it would not. The house maintained over 75 degrees during our stay and most days it was 78-80 degrees at mid day. Also, the house needs some upgrades- the sink faucet is broken - handling fell off constantly, outdated decor (we didn't mind) and fridge/freezer did not freeze things. We would stay again, overall good stay!

The ideal house
We were able to really relax here. The beds were super comfortable and the family area/kitchen was a terrific place to hang out. Loved the hot tub.

Love the property but some repairs needs to be addressed on property. One room did have a tv in it. Besides those little things my family and I had a wonderful time with the game room, hot tub, basketball court and grill.

The property had lots of fun things for our kids to do, from the game room, to the hot tub, to the basketball hoop. The location was great right in the resort. A few things could be updated in the house, but overall it was great.

JMU Graduation
Kevin was a great host. We had to reach out to him as soon as we checked in with a minor issue. Not only did he respond right away but there was a maintenance guy there within the hour. Perfect place to stay for JMU graduation. We had 2 families staying, total of 8 of us and we all loved it! The pictures just don’t do it justice and the game room was so much fun! Would definitely stay there again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property. It is located in an easily accessible part of the resort and sits in a cul-de-sac that afforded us adequate privacy for some rest and relaxation. Highly recommend and will definitely book here again!

We loved our stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left! Playing ping pong, air hockey, and shooting pool with our adult children and grandchildren was something we will never forget. The house was clean and well maintained. We plan to come back.

Quick getaway
Our overall stay was nice. We enjoyed the game room. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, but there was no place to put annotate notes, please email me and I will let you know the items. We completely missed the fact we could use the swimming pool, as it wasn't listed in the binder on where to find the pool pass. The driveway was completely iced over, and we couldn't park in the driveway but at the bottom and we brough a 4wd truck.

Another great Thanksgiving at Camelot!
This was our second stay at Camelot and it continues to be one of our favorites. It was perfect for our family of 9 and pups! The kids love the hot tub and the game room. The kitchen and dining area was great too. What a wonderful place to enjoy the holidays with family of various ages!

We stayed here for my son's birthday. The space was a great spot as the game room gave everyone a place to hang out and talk. It was also great that it was in a separate area downstairs with doors so you could go into another room and not hear the chatter from upstairs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home 🏡

Endless options for fun
This place was perfect for relaxing in the amazing hot tub, playing air hockey, pool and arcade games, or enjoying the sights & sounds of the outdoors on the front porch or back deck. The only down fall was the kitchen ware, the pots & pans were limited, only one potholder, no scissors and no cookie sheet. Outside of those minimal inconveniences, it was a great time had by all!

It was a nice property with plenty of activities - the game room was fun. It was great to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Very close to hiking and some nice breweries and wineries. Kevin was very responsive to me and made everything easy for our stay.

Great house for Family Weekend
The house was clean and comfortable, in a beautiful setting in Massanutten. We were visiting our freshman daughter for Family Weekend and we enjoyed having a nice place to all relax together. And she enjoyed a break from dorm living. It was easy for us to drive into downtown Harrisonburg for the day. And there was also convenient shopping and eating near the house. Would stay there again.

Great place to relax - and see deer!
I am a nurse living in Richmond who grew up in rural TN. This was the perfect escape for my family, including grandpa (my dad) from TN. My 11 yr old got the water park, and my 7 yr old could stay with me and play games or watch for deer. Host was extremely responsive, and house has a great, comfortable feel. One of my best VRBO experiences!

A great family house in a beautiful location.
This was our first family vacation to Massanutten. My husband, 2 small children, myself, my aunt and teen niece. We had ages ranging from 63 down to 9 and the home offered enough space and amenities for everyone. The home was also clean and orderly when we arrived. Great home. Being in the resort was a bonus as there were so many things to do without going very far. We definitely plan on coming back to Massanutten and hopefully staying in this home again. I highly recommend this one. It’s a great family vacation home.

We stayed at this property for a summer vacation last year and this year. It is a great layout for a fairly large family like ours (mom, dad, two teens, a 7 year old, and our youngest turned 4 during our trip). The teens share the bunk room and can hang out together playing video games or each retreat to their end of the room and have a decent amount of privacy. The house is within the gates of the Massanutten resort and is centrally located to the pool, mini golf, family adventure park, gift shop, water park, etc. We went to Harrisonburg a few evenings to do an escape room (highly recommend Escapism Escape Rooms to other guests!) and an arcade with duck pin bowling and pool (also highly recommend Ruby's in downtown Hburg - it's free all you can play on Tuesday nights, by the way). We took the little ones to one of the playgrounds in Massanutten one evening as well. We did a day trip to Luray Caverns and everyone loved that too. Just like last year, we really liked having the game room to unwind after the little kids went to bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't get to use the hot tub this time, but we will definitely be back. Camelot House has become our vacation destination of choice.
