With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa, this charming retreat offers a phenomenal space for guests to unwind. The area boasts restaurants, shops, skiing & snowboarding, mountain biking, indoor/outdoor waterpark, golf and more! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. NOTE: We’re in process of making lots of updates to the property (i.e. furniture, appliances, paint, etc.) so it’s likely that the photos may not match exactly to the listing.

IMPORTANT RULES WITHIN MASSANUTTEN: This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.

NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Please confine noise-making devices and activities indoors during these hours.

PARKING
• All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
• Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
• Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
• If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
• NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.

NO OUTDOOR FIRES: You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! Outdoor firepit usage is prohibited at all times (SUBJECT TO FINES AND SHUTTING DOWN LISTING BY HOA) and usage of outdoor grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.

ALCOHOL: Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.

PETS: Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.

TRASH: DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.
