"We absolutely love this hotel! The front desk receptionist provided a really good customer service experience, and the breakfast buffet was awesome! They had biscuits and gravy, bacon, pork sausage links, turkey sausage patties, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, potatoes, all your normal continental breakfast foods, etc. The hot tub and pool area was really nice, they just need a little ventilation as the chlorine is super strong. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great. We will definitely come back here!"

"We loved our stay at the Marv Herzog Hotel. It’s a smaller hotel full of interesting history for its namesake, that’s perfect for couples. I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast each morning and happy hour each evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and full of many “must see” suggestions. We will definitely be back. I recommend river view if going in the spring, summer or fall. But a city view if going in the winter. The Christmas lights are beautiful! "

"Room was big and clean. There was a tv in each room, a fridge and coffee maker too. The lobby was clean, there were vending machines. The pool and hot tub were luke-warm; too much steam to see anything. The hotel was across the street fromBirch Run mall, so that convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful."
