"To begin with the oven wasnā€™t working and after many calls and a few hours we were able to get into the electric box to flip it on. The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. Thatā€™s what the proper manager told us. So the kitchen cabinets were filled with house feces and all we had to clean it with was dish soap. Also, the coffee pot had mold and old coffee grinds. Again nothing to clean with. "We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin. The rooms were large, light and airy. We were able to spread out or all be together whenever we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. And the balconies, deck and porch were great. It was a long way down from the cabin to the dock, but the walkway and stairs made for a relatively easy workout. "Our whole family stayed at this home over the holidays and it was perfect for us. It is well appointed with almost everything you need to cook and serve large meals - it even has a double oven. It was also very nicely decorated for the holidays giving it a very homey feel. Communication with the property manager was great - we had an urgent request at one point and they were quick to respond even though it was a holiday. "

"Recently stayed here for two nights and the time spent here was just amazing! The location is tucked way down a small road and very secluded. There are other structures around but the tall cypress trees, blinds, and deck privacy shields help. The cabin is well stocked, between the Keurig, hot tub, and movies, we stayed entertained! Host was very inviting and easy to work with. Even offered a late checkout! Would stay here again. "
