"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"The villa is in a perfect location with easy access to local villages and connection to the highways making getting around so easy. The views from the upper level were simply stunning. Evenings spent up there were our favourite time of our stay enjoying the views, food and company. The lighting created a lovely ambience. The barbecue was used a lot and it's location to the kitchen window and the eating area made cooking on it a joy and got everyone involved. The pool area is well layed out...

"Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. "During a difficult time of travel, the owner of the property made our stay stress free and easy. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful in our planning for our visit next year. "Two familes had a lovely week at this beautiful house. Hot tub was great and the pool was very welcome during the hot days. It's not a huge pool and only a meter deep but did the job. The house and grounds are really well maintained. Cats are lovely and not bothersome. Gaspare, Christoff and Raquel are all very helpful. I would really recommend this Villa for a peaceful break away from it all. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. If you have a car, you can only drop off luggage quickly and repark the car. The lot is a 10 minute drive thru Assisi, but by using the stairs that connect the winding streets, the walk back is quick. Asking for a cab from the front desk is a little pricey. I recommend walking to the piazza by St. Clare's church to pick up a cab where they line up. "
