"First and foremost the listing on the VRBO app was accurate we just didn’t realize that the apartment didn’t have AC. That wasn’t a problem at night, but during the day it did get very stuffy - and with young children that require naps that presented an issue. Ceiling fans or pedestal fans would be a good contribution to offset no AC. We also noticed some of the linens seemed to have mystery stains that made us a little wary to use them. "

"Overall it was a wonderful experience! My only minor complaints were that the listing didn't show that you either have upstairs or downstairs neighbors (if I had known I would have asked for the upper level instead) and out hot tub had a tree blocking some of our view but my partner appreciated the privacy it afforded so no harm no foul but it was slightly misleading compared to the pictures on the listing. Everything else was great though."

"Cozy little place in the perfect location. We were able to park and walk to most places. If we did need to drive, we were in a central location and it did not take long to get anywhere. "Property was fine. Sparse but clean. Some maintenance required. Back door does not latch closed. Slats over kitchen sink are inoperable as connection between operating rod and mechanism is broken. Iron was broken at the tip (could be a cut hazard). Paper towels are extra cheap causing more sheets to be used (maybe consider a Kirkland brand). Additionally there were no dish towels (and thus more need for paper towels). The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinet or countertop and thus risks...

"This place was better than expected! Futon couch has been upgraded to a pull-out couch which the children were comfortable sleeping on. Unit is downstairs. We loved the hot tub which seemed brand new. Incredible views from the porch and the hot tub! We used the kitchen quite a bit. Knives were dull but at least they had a couple. Could have used a cheese grader and steam basket but otherwise kitchen had what we needed. We will return!"

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "
