Beautiful property, great host

Peaceful location right on the lake. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Short drive into Cooperstown.

Bucket list

Dad is ending is battle with cancer and cooperstown was on his list. The house on the lake only enhanced the experience. Great place!!!

Great Lake House

This was a great house. Jerry was great to work with and met us super late after our arrival was delayed due to a softball tournament. We were steps from the water and enjoyed kayaking and catching fish all day. Neighbors property was a little messy from the front but were nice and let us use fire wood.
