"The hotel is in the downtown area conveniently located and within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the parking lot big and private. The hotel is old and in need of renovation but is clean and comfortable."

"We stayed during the Halloween parade and related events. The property is very walkable, about twenty minutes from the downtown area. The hills might be treacherous for those with strollers or wheelchairs, but it was very accessible for those who can walk comfortably. Parking at the hotel was very accommodating, and that was useful as parking downtown seemed like a nightmare. We got one of the larger, premium rooms, and it was pleasant. Bathrooms were very nice. "

"Everything is very good but washroom is a bit thumbs down due to the placement of toilet basin. It is placed right next to the washroom door and tiny and congested. Very difficult for adults 😔. Other than that rest everything is very good like breakfast, parking, room cleanliness, etc!"
