Home is beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured! Location on the waterfront of the Santa Rosa Sound is so peaceful - perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach and for entertaining kids and dogs!

Family vacation
The house is in an amazing location right on the water. It is spotless and gorgeous, we've been on many vacations and stayed in lots of vrbo homes before, but this house far exceeds any others we have ever stayed in. The boys all enjoyed fishing off the dock and my kids loved swimming in the calm water in the bay. I highly recommend it!

Truly Enjoyed our Stay!
Our Family loved it. We had a great time and felt like we were at home. We didn't have to request anything or notify management of any needs. We had everything we needed and to us that shows management is “Proactive” and not “Reactive”. Great place to stay! We will def plan to return to stay again.

Spring Break Retreat
This is a great location in a cozy neighborhood that’s right on the water. There's a wonderful outdoor space for entertaining. It’s quiet with a small private waterfront and dock/pier. Great for families and pets. The only negatives were a poorly stocked kitchen with limited pots and pans and containers. The mattresses .

Perfect Family Getaway
We had the best time at this property. The house was clean and the perfect size for our 2 families of 4. We fished off the dock and the kids swam in the sound with their own little private beach. The host was very nice and accommodating. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. We weren’t far from Destin which was nice at dinner time but we were far enough away that we were away from crowds of people. We will definitely stay here again.

There were only a few minor things. The creamer and the salt and pepper bags were both broken, so unusable. The basket with bags and rags for dog had no rags. We didn’t need them, but just letting you know for future.
