"The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three. Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs."

"The property is very nice, one of the best spots to enjoy snorkeling, the coral reef is colorful and there's a myriad of different kinds of fish to see. Food was very reasonable, but be careful what you choose from the open buffet. The staff are amazing and always willing to help and go the extra mile for the customers."
