Lovely short stay
Lovely property, clean and spacious. Ideal for a group of friends to enjoy a short break in Majorca. Ideal location, just outside Palma with easy access to other parts of the island. Huge thanks

Mixed feelings
Very roomy home in quiet neighborhood. However home needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning inside and out. Home feels neglected. Virtually ever area outside requires power washing especially around the pool area. Outdoor furniture on the balconies is cheap and uncomfortable. Pillows on beds are flat and uncomfortable. Insufficient towels. Real potential here if owner paid some attention.

Große Villa mit schönem Pool
Sehr großes Haus. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Großer Außenbereich und Pool. Der Kunstrasen ist weniger schön und die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war insbesondere die Küche nicht besonders sauber. Man benötigt unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Alles in allem okay.

Schöne Finca
Schöne Finca, Alles vor Ort was man braucht. Man hat Probleme mit den Taxis, ein Auto Vor Ort ist Pflicht.Ca 20km nach Palma und auch 20km zum Ballermann. Sehr geräumig. Leider muss man ab 23 Uhr sehr ruhig sein, da einheimische Nachbarn Vor Ort Leben. Es hat Spaß gemacht. GASTGEBER sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. LG Pierre

Mixed feelings
This experience was divided. First it’s important to say that Xisco, the property manager, was fabulous. The best we’ve ever had. He was helpful to a fault and available and responsive whenever we needed him. He personally, by virtue of his kindness and professionalism, made our holiday great. The property, while fine, was nowhere near as sparkling. A property this expensive should be better. The showers, the beds, the kitchen implements, the poolside equipment - all were less than they should be at this price.

Familienurlaub mit Einschränkungen!
Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und den Enkeln für zehn Tage in diesem Haus. Grundsätzlich hat uns die Lage und das Objekt sehr gefallen. Einschränkend ist jedoch folgendes festzustellen: Es ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Abzugshaube funktioniert nicht und auch andere technische Einrichtungen sind außer Betrieb. Es gab keine anständigen Badehandtücher und ach sonst waren die Einrichtungen ja sehr veraltet und zusammen gesammelt. Die Bäder waren zum Teil heruntergekommen und es war Schimmelbildung in den duschen, die zudem auch noch Geruch ab sondert. Wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch angesetzt werden ist ein Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht noch einmal mieten!

This place ist great, not only for families also for a bigger group is friends. We were 8 people so there was plenty of space and all the activities (basketball hoop, pool, table tennis, games etc.) Are really cool to have. Just be aware that you really cannot be loud outside during quiet hours. But you can still sit by the pool and enjoy a great bbq 👌 Would recommend!

“Wir waren eine Familie mit 80jähriger Großmutter 2 Kinder + Schwiegerkinder und 2 Enkelkinder mit Ehepartnern. Besonders ist uns der Grillabend an dem Außengrill in Erinnerung, super, ging nicht besser, alles was an Material gebraucht wurde war reichlich vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist auch der große Pool, selbst mit 9 Personen im Wasser war noch Platz für die Luftmatratze. Das Haus gefiel uns sehr gut da es noch den typisch spanischen Charme hat. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.”

Mercedes and Cisco were fantastic. Xisco met me at check in at the time I requested. He gave a walkthrough of the property which was very helpful since there was so much to it. He was responsive via WhatsApp to any questions I had during my stay and check out was simple. The property was great. Pool and barbeque areas were very nice. Downstairs game room was a hit. Was very nice having multiple dishwashers and washing machine for clothes. Each room had its own air conditioning for the most part which was very nice (some of my friends who stayed elsewhere were not so lucky). Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the property and Mercedes and Xisco to anyone!

The house is perfect for a large group, which we were. It is spacious and there is every amenity to be confortable and entertained. Xisco, the property manager, is very pleasant and easy going. It is located in a quiet, residential area. The view is gorgeous. A car is most needed as the property is not in the village. Also, it would be nice to have more than one pair of sheets and 2 towels per guest, especially with no dryer. Otherwise it is exactly as described. I do recommend the Mercardo in the village!

This was a great holiday home for our family of 3 generations
This was a great holiday home for our family of 3 generations. The pool was brilliant and just the right size for some fun & games but also a few casual lengths. We also really enjoyed the BBQ area for family dining. The house is split into two levels and with the various different areas dotted around the house, it is easy enough to find your own quiet space if you want to lose yourself in a book. Hiring a car is a must as you are quite far away from things, although if you're not impartial to a bit of a walk you can find a few local restaurants within 15-30 mins walk and a huge supermarket is a 30 min walk10 min drive. There is also a bus stop which takes you to Marratxi train station which links you anywhere on the island. Using public transport it takes around 45 mins to Palma and 1h45 to Magaluf and is exceptionally cheap! Overall, a great place to stay with a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hosts had great communication skills, really quick to respond and very helpful. Another useful tip: there are luggage lockers at Estacio Intermodal (Plaza D'espana) which charge you 5 euros for a large suitcase and 4euros for a smaller bag for the day. You can then get a 30 min bus straight from here to airport for 5 euros each.

Lovely villa, place is exactly like the pictures online
Lovely villa, place is exactly like the pictures online. Xisco was very nice, he allowed us to check in early and he gave us a list of places that we could visit during our stay. Villa is situated in a nice and quiet area, a bit far out from everything so would recommend hiring a car, but it’s very easy to find if you just follow (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps. Villa is very clean and had everything that’s listed online. Would highly recommend.

Perfekt für eine grössere Gruppe
Das Haus ist im sehr guten Zustand und sauber. Nur die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme und wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unseren vier Übernachtungen.
