"Mostly excellent. The heat unit was loud and at times disturbed our sleep, but the comfort of the bed was excellent. The garage was across the street and it's a shame a covered walkway isn't available to protect one against extreme cold, snowy or rainy conditions when walking back to the hotel from the garage. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The hallway carpeting was clean and plush. We look forward to staying at the Westin in Waltham again as we plan to visit family in the area regularly in the future."

"Very warm and welcoming lobby! Friendly receptionist! Well appointed and clean rooms. Really comfortable bed! Modern bathroom with great shower and products! Heat was coming out cold so had to turn it up very high to stay warm! Excellent breakfast and choices! "
