"This hotel was very friendly as soon as we checked in. The room was ready and we were tired. The suite was big and very comfortable. We had a couple of issues with the coffee make and the microwave and on both occasions staff were sent up immediately. It was very clean but a little cool but we turned up the heat. "

"Everything was good. I think that when people are there that room service should NOT be pickup. I was very tired and my husband was disabled. I had to specially request our dinner be delivered to the room and even with a $10 tip it was obvious we were an inconvenience."
