"The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the room layout was amazing. We used the fridge and microwave in our room as well as the pool before turning in. The bed was very comfortable and the staff made our stay great. Breakfast was also terrific with many options for my diet and my daughter's. Thank you."

"The security of having to scan your room key in the elevators was very comforting. We had a few minor issues while staying, the staff was at our door within minutes to make sure it was fixed. Exception customer service. "

"Overall great stay. However ,The property should send the link to apply overnight parking exemption to the guests . It’s a simple process. Just letting the guests know to fill up the city of Markham overnight parking exemption form would be really helpful. I was visiting from US so didn’t know about this and unfortunately got a ticket."
