The property was in convenient location near Columbus. When checking in, desk clerk should have introduced herself since she was not wearing a name tag( I worked in guest services& retail myself) This was my first experience at a Baymont. I thought that housekeeping had not finished the room( making the bed). Very unusual bed treatment - no comforter & blanket in between sheets with pillows oddly place - not inviting - I had a throw in car & slept on top of made bed - pillows were comfy - blanket did not look or feel comfy after finding it "

"This was our second stay here and both experiences were amazing! Check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean, it's close to restaurants/stores, but far enough out that noise isn't disruptive. We travel to Columbus for weekend trips pretty often and will be staying here from now on when we do."

"We stayed 5 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Marysville, Ohio for Thanksgiving. The room was lovely, so clean & perfectly warm which we could control the heat. The staff also excellent from check in to the maintenance person checking every morning to see if we needed anything like extra towels or removing trash, to the woman we saw everyday when we went in for breakfast, which was perfect, coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit & much more. It was also very reasonable and the veterans discount was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!"
