"Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much"

"Would be best if you have a car. We loved the onsite pool. Lots of room. Amenities are great. Host Maria was amazing and helpful. The surprise of breakfast food was so wonderful. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. Would probably want a car when venturing to the Port but well worth a visit. We biked to Port of Pollença and that was amazing. Would definitely recommend"

"It was our family’s first time in Mallorca and this semi detached house worked well being in a fairly quiet area walkable for us to the sea for snorkelling and to restaurants. The house itself has plenty of space indoors and the kitchen was well stocked, the house clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was fine and much needed at night! "Very well equipped and spacious villa for a multi generation family holiday. Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Car is essential."

"Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "

"Eine nette Finca mit tollem Garten und Pool. Die drei Betten sind okay, das große Bett ist etwas durchgelegen. Leider hat uns die Küche sehr enttäuscht. Die Küchenzeile war gebrochen, es gab sehr wenig Besteck und keinerlei scharfe Messer. Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren teilweise defekt und sehr alt. An sich war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Auch die Badmöbel waren teilweise beschädigt und alt. Zu Fuß ist der Strand ca in 15-20 min erreichbar, kleine Eibkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 5...

"We had a great week in the villa. The swimming pool was lovely and kept our kids entertained for hours. It was nice to be able to cook and eat in the outdoor kitchen and, as many have already said, we only used the actual house for sleeping. The host was lovely too. ."
