Short walk to beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were furnished. Nice view of beach from our unit. Unit was comfortable and clean. Valet parking. Only one elevator was working at the time of our stay. It would be nice if there was a store on property to pick up snacks, drinks and other misc. items.

One of the best properties in Marco Island, rating is 3 stars but this resort punches above its weight into 4-5 starts. Impeccable service, the location on the beach is perfect, there are dining options on site. The interior of the resort and the 1bdrm apartments are old-school gorgeous. Very little wear and tear and the staff is working daily on improvements and touching up. A beautiful place, it made for a great stay and vacation.

I was severely disappointed by this hotel. Definitely not a "resort" even though their website claims "in a resort-style setting". There are no "resort-type" amenities such as poolside service for food/drinks, towel service at the pool, a spa, maid-service. Positives, the staff was very friendly (front desk attendant, valets, Tarpon beach bar staff). The beach was lovely and they do provide free beach chair/umbrella set up. The hotel itself needs a massive facelift, very run down and dated. The bed frames were cloth and very dingy/dirty looking. The comforter for our King bed was queen size (at best) so it didn't even cover the both of us. One of the Tarpon Group workers told us that the hotel severed the relationship with them 4 years ago so they provide no services to the hotel. The elevators were deplorable. One didn't work the whole time we were there. Wasted so much time waiting for an elevator to arrive. And many times, when it did, it was so full you had to wait for the next one. The fridge in our room barely kept the food cold even set to the coldest setting. We had hot water half the time. Pool - Terrible. It says its hold max capacity 22 people, yet the hotel has 12 floors with at least 10 rooms per floor. Its not NEARLY big enough to accommodate the hotel. No enforcement of the pool rules because nobody that works there is out at the pool. I wouldn't go back to this hotel sadly.

Loved this place. More like a condo at the beach than a hotel ie no poolside bar, drinks, etc. There is a small beach bar near the beach. There is one person in the lobby to check you in, help you, answer questions, etc. Besides the valet, people who clean and work at the beach bar, I never saw anyone else available to assist you. The pools are in your room when you arrive so you have to remember to take them down and up every time you go to pool or beach. You are allowed to take food and drinks to pool since there is no one there to tell you otherwise 😁 There is a walkway to the beach and 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella are included. The valet is included as well. The rooms are very nice. We got a full ocean view one that was amazing and has a kitchenette. Will be back again.

The property has clearly seen better days. We were there 6 nights and while we were there in the entire stay one of the two elevators did not work. On one day both day both didn’t and all the guests used the service one which was quite unkempt. The air conditioning in our condo became non functional in the bedroom every night between midnight and 4. We complained to the front desk who did not take any remedial action. One night we dialed up the cooling to minimal possible and our teen who was sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room was quite cold. We asked for an extra comforter and were asked to “find” the valet for it. They seemed to be running the whole operation. The valet’s there are good. Everything/everyone else is quite ordinary. At 800 a night it’s not worth it.
