The place was clean and easy to check into. The location is great, but it’s an island so it’s all good there. The fridge was not working right, nothing stayed cold so I had to throw some things out. I called twice, nothing was done and no one called back, I checked rental contract and it says everything is “as is” , I thought maybe after reading that I had bought a used car instead of renting a vacation house, so I’m not sure what “as is” means. Also, I am a fan of Wim Hof and his ice shower/bath which is good because the pool was artic cold, apparently I missed the memo that said I needed to pay extra to heat it (I think I paid around $4,000 for week so I’d assumed that was included, silly me). The beds are not comfortable but in all fairness none of them are that I have stayed in. I’ll just go with the rental company located in town when I go back, I used them in December, they came right out when we had a plumbing issue. I wouldn’t say my experience was the worst ever, it just could have been better. You really can’t go wrong anywhere you stay on Marco, this company just wasn’t up to par with customer service.
