Perfect Vacation
Wonderful House and Location. Other than the heatwave it was truly perfect! Next time we would rent a boat for the week as we enjoyed it so much when we rented one! Caught dinner off the back deck on night as well!

Great Place for Annual Trip
This rental was perfect for our family of 4’s annual trip to Marco/Naples. We have been renting homes for the past 17 years and this was one of the nicest. Everything was clean and they accommodated our late arrival so that we would not have to stop at the office & could begin our vacay. Communication with rental property was very efficient. The only negative I could say is that the master bed is very high. My husband and I are 5’10” so it was not a problem for us, but may be for someone with mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: 2 couples stayed for one week and the set up gave us all privacy. 1 of the reasons we chose the home was the pool and spa having an open view, which we took advantage of daily. Home was very clean, House is in a good location to everything. Neighborhood is nice for walking. We did all think the mattresses were too soft but that's a preference thing. All in all a wonderful stay.

Major Issues
House was not very clean. Orange stained bath towel, door leading out to the pool was dirty. Sand fleas in the bed sheets. No hot water in the bathroom showers. Broken kitchen cabinet door. Wifi wasn’t working. Broken pool ladder. Spa at pool did not work, didn’t get hot. Pool filter wasn’t working until pool guy came middle of the week. Island Escape was notified of issues immediately and again after issues persisted and maintenance guy was sent. Im still waiting on the return call from Island Escape to say when the plumber is coming to check water temperature. I have rented homes in Marco Island for many years and this is the last time I will ever rent from Island Escape.

We could not find a light switch for the doc lights to do night fishing. We called and asked but they never got back to us. Little piece of paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this home. It was extremely clean and well stocked. One of the rare times we’ve had comfortable beds at a rental home. We spent tons of time in the pool/hot tub. It was nice to sit out there in the evening and watch a movie. Our kids fished from the dock daily and caught lots of catfish, grouper, bass and red drum. The rental company was quick to respond to inquires and was extremely friendly. We had no complaints or issues during our stay. We only have 2 suggestions that would make this already amazing home even better: 1. A cheap extra refrigerator in garage for food/drink. The refrigerator space is somewhat limited for those that like to buy groceries and cook at home. This did not impact our stay. We just made an extra trip to the store halfway through to restock. 2. A few bikes for getting around the island. Since parking is extremely limited and the beach is not within walking distance, these would have been helpful. We used Uber to get the the beach the first couple of days since we were not able to obtain a parking spot. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by to the home and we were able to DoorDash several places. There are 2 Publix stores within 5 mins and a Walmart about 15 away. We found a small little bait shop about a mile away. We got much use of the provided beach chairs to sit on the dock and also used the provided pool floats. We didn’t even have to use the ones we brought from home. We would absolutely stay here again.
