"The customer service was excellent; very courteous staff member that checked us in. Checkin was so fast it took only 2 min literally. Parking was free and that was welcome:) the dine in restaurant in the hotel was great; food was v good so was the service. Laundry machines were available that was v useful for us in the middle of a long trip. Aspen downtown was a convenient 15-20 min away."

"I had a fabulous stay at the property as a last minute booking. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and I was also able to bring my dog. I loved the convenience of Base Village. There is a lot of construction on the lot behind so be prepared to wake up early. Only issue is that I didn’t receive room service nor towels during my stay. Perhaps it’s a standard these days from an environmental standpoint but hadn’t experienced the lack of that service in the Aspen/Snowmass area before. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again. "

"Enjoyed our weekend stay while hiking Maroon Bells. This is an older hotel with "real" keys, but it is well kept and comfortable. The front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Snowmass bus available to Aspen, also."
