Thanksgiving in the Keys
We had a wonderful stay during the week of Thanksgiving. It was helpful to have Publix and other stores just minutes away. The home has large bedrooms and beautiful decor, with many extra blankets and pillows. Communication with the property manager was seamless and helpful. We had a great time!

Wonderful
We had a great time; property was well maintained. Management was helpful with text reminders about taking out the garbage and helping me find the coffee maker. A week wasn't long enough, it went by way too fast!

Nice property but room for improvement
Overall we had a great time & property was nice. One negative was maintenance issues with a broken shower we asked for help & never received any or even an apology after checking out (it was a holiday but someone must be on call for maintenance issues?). Also pool light was not working along with a few other lights. Instead of replacing the bulbs they were left on the counter for us to take care of. We did have a great time, just a few minor things that we expected help on and did not receive. This is a duplex property & seems not to be furnished & outfitted as nice as the connected unit that is maintained by another company/individual, especially for the money you are paying for the week.

Nice Rental
This property was centrally located in the keys. It has great amenities, the kids swam in the pool, while the adults cooked fish on the grill that we caught on a local charter boat. There are two markets nearby, so you can get groceries, then make them in the fully furnished kitchen. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A marathon must!
This property has so much to offer! The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. There is plenty of outdoor space with the balcony and dining area by the pool. Thanks to the landscaping the pool area is secluded and pretty quiet. You cannot hear cars from the road. We swam everyday in the clean, heated pool. Rented a boat and used the dock, caught fish and saw manatee off the dock, got fresh seafood from the market and used the grill for it a few nights. It is super close to Publix and many restaurants. Hope to get back soon!

Great Location!
We brought our 32ft boat and it fit great on the dock. House is spacious with all the necessities and plenty quantities. Check in glitch as I didn't receive the auto email with code but it was all addressed. Great stay!! Would definitely rent again and recommend.

Sombrero fishing and diving
Our stay was probably the best vacation we’ve had. The townhouse was perfect. The location was excellent. The boat dock and trailer/vehicle parking was great. We’ll plan to stay here again soon.

Clean and quiet!
We had a wonderful get away at this home. Clean and spacious. Private pool was relaxing and quiet. Sombrero beach is coming back from the hurricane. My only suggestion would be to provide beach chairs.

Slice of Paradise
Wow! This is an amazing property and everything is still brand new. The home is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The kitchen is gorgeous and has so much natural light coming through from the balcony windows. You'll want to sit out there and just watch the water for hours. The home is on a corner near mangroves so lots of privacy. The master bedroom upstairs has a huge bathroom with double sinks and a spectacular view of the water as well. We loved the pool, which has a very smooth finish (not rough like some pools!). It also has jets and places to sit and hang out in the water while you sip on a drink. If you have a kayak or paddle board you can drop in from the huge dock. Publix is walking distance and there are lots of great restaurants within a few miles. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway.

Nicely done, huge dock and bigger pool too
Overall, excellent. Like new still. Huge master, and "in law suite" style king size bedroom downstairs with bathroom attached. Full size bed under bunk was nice in smallest room upstairs. Most private, end unit building, so no boat traffic "lookie loos" going by all day long, which is nice. 40' dock + extra space between buildings, can moor large boats easily. Two freezers (ice and bait) downstairs. Big "smart" HDTV's in all rooms, and FAST Internet. Super vacation. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property
The house had plenty of room. Privately bathroom for downstairs bedroom. Upstairs bedrooms very spacious. Hall bathroom. Master suite is huge with private insuite bathroom. The pool is heated and has jacuzzi jets very powerful. The dock is big enough for 30ft boat. Plenty of room to turn around for easy docking. Enjoyed watching the Manatee.

Amazing property, Great Location
There is nothing negative to say about this property. Absolutely beautiful inside and a perfect location. The house is very comfortable with every amenity imaginable. The bottom deck p ool area is a great relaxation and hang out spot during the day and night with the boat dock just steps away. The management and owner could not have been nicer helping us plan our vacation and even shipping back items we left behind. If you’re looking for a place to stay in marathon I would highly recommend this property. You definitely won’t be disappointed. 5 stars!

Love at first sight!
We visit the Keys often and usually stay at Hawk’s Cay. We decided to stay here and could not have been happier with our choice. The house is amazingly decorated, was extremely clean and the location was perfect. There were 9 of us and it never felt crowded. We loved that we were able to keep our boat right outside the house. Publix is a quick two minute walk...all other restaurants and shopping were a very quick drive. There is a great balcony upstairs that was perfect for morning coffee and the patio by the pool was perfect for evening cocktails and grilling. The pool was the perfect size and has a nice sitting area if you just want to relax. There is ample parking, a nice deep freezer outside that came in handy to store all the ice we needed for our coolers and we even got a manatee sighting several times (We named him Otis). The management company was also great, checking in several times to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home for a fun getaway!

BRAND NEW 4 bedroom construction in the Keys? WOW
So nice to have brand new everything. So clean and neat. Upgraded everything from stainless to quartz counters. Huge 4k HDTV in living room and HDTV's in all bedrooms too. Three king size bedrooms were great, and bunk beds for the kids. Private pool, and this pool is bigger than all the others around, with private patio next to pool with BBQ grill, it was tough leaving this place. 40 foot dock was bigger than all others around too, could fish off dock, and did some kayaking too. Walked to Publix and biked to beach (really close, down the street). I could live here forever.
