Welcome to the Beach Hut. Located in the heart of the Florida Keys! Marathon is right in the middle of the island chain. This bright one bedroom / one bath with ocean view condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation. The pool is directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Come relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail, while taking in the ocean breeze! Conveniently located by many restaurants, bars, fishing & scuba charters...there is no shortage of activates to fill your day in the sun!

Free use of paddle board included.

Boaters, trailer storage & ramp can be arranged across the street.

Great vacation!
Very pleased with condo. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with all cooking items. Plenty of towels, beach toys, and great shower pressure! Had no issues whatsoever and location is great. Quiet neighborhood and grounds well groomed. Stayed 11 days and used coin laundry on-site. Pool was a lifesaver since sargassum was awful during our stay. Caught several fish right off beach area. Wi-fi not good but not anyone’s fault…we’re on an island! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Clean simple condo with beach equipment that the kids loved. Coco palm beach is quiet beach that we would walk every night on. The pool was just right for a quick dip after dinner before bed and never crowded.

Great break from frozen hometown.
Great location for winter vacation. Poorly timed polar vortex in the upper states caused rain and chilly temps first day, but weather broke second day to its usual beautiful temps. Nice beach area, for the keys, plenty to do, good food and decent drive to key west, and other lower keys for day trips.

Great place....but.......
Upside: We loved the location. Close to everything in Marathon. Great pool with plenty of kids. (Noisy at times). The beach was great; however, it was inundated with seaweed so bad, they have a tractor move it every morning. The property is VERY nicely decorated. Clearly the owner takes pride in how it looks, and he should. Downside: Internet only works in a very small area in the dining area. We never got one tv to work and could never change stations. I specifically asked if there was a curtain or covering on the huge sliding glass door and I was told, "That has been addressed." NO, it wasn't addressed. People can see in at night. I felt like a fish in a lighted fishbowl. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it an honest 6.5 due to the cost (for what I paid, I would have received a lot more elsewhere) no window covering on the huge slider as well as the construction going on in another unit facing the pool that was crazy noisy/loud at times.

our family of 4 had a great stay in this condo, we love the location in the middle of the keys where we could go east or west and not drive too far. we found lots of good snorkeling around marathon and just past the 7 mile bridge. Also took lots of walks down the very private beach.

A little slice of paradise!
Our stay was absolutely incredible. The condo had everything that we needed to spend the week comfortably. We cooked almost all of our meals in the very well equipped kitchen, that had everything from mixing bowls, nice cookware, lots of room to spread out. We spent many hours on the screened porch just kicking back and enjoying the views and wonderful weather. Peter (the owner) made everything easy for us, he was super attentive and also made himself available for questions, etc., The beaches were incredible, I spent many hours out walking them and soaking in the wonderfulness! When we weren't on the beach we were swimming in the incredible pool (which was heated)! We would not hesitate to book again, everything was wonderful.

Very nice complex
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex and pool was beautiful and well maintained. Peter was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. But we were a bit disappointed that the view from condo #2 was that of the side of the care taker’s apartment and end of the next building. To see the ocean we had to sit at the end of our balcony, perpendicular to our condo. Also, there were no curtains or blinds in the living room, so there’s a lack of privacy when tenants walk to and from the pool or when the caretaker went in and out. The windows and sliding glass door are tinted but one could still see into the condo from outside, especially at night when lights and TV were on. The master bed mattress and the one on the pullout need to be replaced as they are pretty worn out and uncomfortable. Regardless, we had a wonderful time at Coco Plum Resort.

Not fancy, but just what we needed
We really enjoyed our stay at Coco Plum. It was super quiet and we loved being in Marathon where we were central to everywhere we wanted to go. The beach in front of the hotel was as nice as any we found. The condo isn’t fancy, but it worked nicely for us. We enjoyed the pool on multiple occasions. I will agree with previous reviews that some sort of curtain would be nice. You have a little fishbowl feeling in the evenings. Also, the wifi was pretty spotty so we had to use our own hot spot. Overall a great week in a place that was just what we needed.

Nice Condo in Marathon
The condo was bright and nicely decorated. Nice sized bedroom. There were so many extras in the unit from fishing poles, to kitchen utensils to beach towels. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the pool was well maintained. The location was very quiet but still close to restaurants, etc. Peter was excellent in responding when we had an issue with the cable connection. We did have some issues with the lock and we would have liked some curtains or blinds on the sliders in the living room, but overall a good place to stay in Marathon.

Nice condo
Enjoyed our stay at condo. Very nicely decorated although not much of a view unless you get on patio. TV needs to be upgraded to HDTV, picture not very clear. The key is tricky to lock.

Birthday Vacation
I had wonderful week, weather was perfect, hot and sunny everyday. I loved the complex - the condo had everything you needed - the pool was absolutely beautiful - I enjoyed it every single day! The other people I met at the complex were all very nice and friendly - Kevin (Building/Ground Manager does a great job keeping the place looking great. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank you Peter for having/sharing your little bit of heaven - I so enjoyed it! Look forwarding to coming again one day. Take Care :0)

Perfect place for relaxation
Our family of three spent 6 wonderful days at Royal Plum Club complex. It’s a peaceful, quiet place perfect for relaxation. It’s directly on the beach, far from a noisy Overseas Highway. We are very grateful to Peter – the condo was very clean, spacious, and everything worked perfectly well (silent a/c and fans, an easy-to-use keylock, strong WiFi signal, good water pressure in the shower, big screen TV). We didn’t have any issues. A modern convenient kitchen with all the appliances, a comfortable king bed, quality linens, plenty of bath and beach towels, a kayak, a grill, a good choice of games and books, plenty of local brochures (we used a coupon for the Dolphin Research Center from one of them), and a large screened balcony where we had all our meals. We checked quite a few recommended beaches including Bahia Honda and Sombrero beaches plus a couple of beaches in Key West, and found out that our beach was the best – no crowds, clear water, not too shallow and not too deep. It does have seaweed on the bottom in many spots but it didn’t bother us. A swimming pool is also right on the beach. We loved this place and would gladly come there again.
