"Spacious, clean, quiet, safe and close to beach. The unit should be numbered, was charged $165 for late check out (2pm instead of 10am) our flight wasn’t until 11pm. Never had to pay for late check out before this stay. Highly recommend the unit!"

"We arrived very late due to our flight being delayed the check was easy we just made a quick phone call and they gave us keys. Also Gearhart by the sea was so very gracious to make sure I had distilled water in the unit for my sleep apnea machine so that we did not have to stop along the way late at night to find some for me. They went above and beyond for me to make it so much easier!! For that I am so incredibly grateful!! :) The place is nice and clean. Needs some updates but nothing that...

"The property was better than the listing. The home had everything and more. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing trip to the beach. I went during the winter so we stayed inside more of the time and enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean and cozy furniture. The unit had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again!"

"This property had everything you could need and the beach views are amazing. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on things to do in the area. This was our first time staying in Seaside and it was a perfect getaway even though it was cold & sometimes rainy during our March stay. But, the expansive view made up for the bad weather. I highly recommend the Seaside Aquarium. Feeding the seals was a highlight of the trip. Also, Sisu Brewing Company was a great spot for lunch or dinner. I...
