「A well located hotel in quiet location. Ample car parking, some with electric car charging points. Easy to find reception entrance and greeted by a pleasant and efficient member of staff. Every where looked relatively new and clean accommodation was on the first floor accessed by stairs. Rooms were numbered clearly and the Smart key entrance was easy to use. Bedroom was well presented with a large comfy bed, 2 easy chairs and dressing table/desk, tea & coffee set on a tray. The only criticism...

「Nothing horrible to report. Good veggie options at the pub for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was as expected. The room was just a cramped room as advertised. The chairs were foot stools so working or eating at the fold out desk was awkward. Not bad overall just not a five star. 」

「Booked several months ago, but was at first told "There is no booking" then later told that it had been cancelled -which we had NOT done. We had no email saying it was cancelled rather we had a confirmation on 13/3 plus our profile still had it listed as a live booking. Still trying to solve this mystery…. As the hotel was full, we had to go to another hotel for the first night and it was at more than twice the price of our Boundary booking for 2 nights. All praise to Matt the duty Manager...

「I can't fault it. Spotlessly clean and for an economy single room, it had everything you need. En suite, nice little touches having hand soap and shower gel. Spotless white towel, bath mat and bedding. The bed was comfortable. Check in was very friendly and I was given full instructions on how to use the self locking main entrance door. And all staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great in the restaurant. Yes, you may wait a little longer for it than in a chain restaurant, but...
