Heritage Suites 46

All the way to the cork screws and blender, this unit has it all. Within a mile and a half of KSU Football Stadium, this unit is available for anything from nightly rental to yearly lease. A nice mix of modern and contemporary furniture with an wide inventory of all the necessities and then some for your comfort. Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation floors that yield a quietness that is unsurpassed. Cico Park is right out the door and the location is convenient to everything in Manhattan. Please call the office 8-5 Monday-Friday to arrange your stay.

Great stay for KSU football weekend

This was a great place to stay while in town for KSU football. The apartment was very clean, quiet and had all of the necessities. Could use a new mattress and pillows in one of the bedrooms (just too soft) but otherwise it suited our needs perfectly. I would stay here again!

The rest of the apartment was good, everything neat and tidy. Easy to find and very nice furnishings, kitchen well supplied. Thermostat was nice and easy to keep at a good temperature. Heat and A/C. ….. BUT the mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. Made for little sleep and long nights.

Great Place...have been before. Two small things to comment on. The kitchen faucet handle leaks when turned all the way on. Also could use a mirror in the bedroom with the desk....allows another spot to get ready. thanks!

Cozy Manhattan Apt with all the right stuff

Great sitting room with a fireplace and plenty of cushy chairs and a couch— it’s the kind of space you can spend an entire day in. Has 2 bedrooms one bath, a great little kitchen with dining area. Outside has plenty of space to walk your dog and convenient poop bag stations. Close to Fort Riley, shopping, and hiking trails. Definitely coming back to this one.

Another great stay

This was our second time to stay at the Heritage Ct. apartments. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for our 3-day stay. It's located close enough to everything but in a very quiet area. The apartments are decorated so nicely with modern and vintage pieces that make them very charming and homey. We ate breakfast in but didn't cook. The kitchen seems to be well enough equipped for basic meals though. I did enjoy a short swim in the pool this year and really enjoyed it in the hot weather. My only recommendation for future renters would be to bring your own pillow if you like it firm. The ones here are very soft and fluffy. Hopefully we can get one of the Heritage Ct apartments for our annual football kickoff next year.

Just what we needed

The apartment was just like in the pictures, was clean and check in was really easy, free parking and quiet neighborhood. It is located about 10-15 from everything we wanted to visit, super convenient.
