Will definitely come back!
Very nice. Could have used some exterior cleaning. Lots of cobwebs. It is a basement unit and thermostat is upstairs. It was 62! Bring warm clothes. There isn’t much of a sound barrier either. Wasn’t a problem since it was just me. Minor issues. Would definitely reserve again!

Good location
Nice place overall. If the upstairs is rented the downstairs can get a fair amount of noise though the floor. This is not an issue obviously if no one is upstairs. We were in Manhattan for graduation so clearly a busy time with minimal vacancies. Very good location. Beds were comfy.
