Great hotel, check in was easy - staff extremely helpful. Room was great, lovely decor with plenty of space. Only thing lacking was desk/vanity table.

We parked in Tariff street , just around the corner and it worked really well for visiting family - Ancoats and Northern Quarter really cool places to visit! Hotel staff excellent !

I truly enjoyed my stay! The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. My room was clean and had all amenities. The staff went above and beyond. I only stayed for one night but I’ll definitely stay here again and for longer when I’m in Manchester. Thanks again!

Exceptionally modern and clean property in a pretty good location (perhaps a little too close to the train station for its own good). Rooms are like some of the best modern Japanese business motels I've stayed at. Some staff better than others. Tiny lifts and ridiculously small fitness room.

Small rooms with zero sound proofing, you can hear the neighbours talking at low volumes. Room very small for the price, and bathroom was poorly finished for a new hotel

Great comfortable stay!
Fabulous, super clean hotel with fluffy white towels and an amazing shower. Room quite small but bed was very comfortable. Lovely choice of teas and coffees with other goodies as a treat. They even provide fresh milk in the fridge. Staff are very friendly where nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel
Had a great stay here. First time I've used this hotel. Service was exceptional. Just what you would normally expect from a chain hotel. But some of the other big names appear to be lacking in the service area these days. I need to mention Lasma (? I think that was her name) at breakfast. Her attention to detail and customer experience was first-class. She deserves a reward.

Kan anbefales..
Ligger super centralt og kun 5-7 min gågang fra Manchester Piccadilly togstation. Stort set midt i centrum og alt ligger tæt på hotellet Rigtig sødt personale og hotellet var lige åbnet dagen før, så der var ekstra god service med velkomstdrinks osv. Lækkert værelse og fint hotel - eneste ting der var lidt irriterende var at det kun var den ene elevator der virkede og den var meget optaget, men alt i alt, så rigtig god oplevelse
