"Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to main amenities.. The staff are very smart and attentive, particular thanks to Gary who is wonderful we got a lovely welcome from the him when we arrived. Also Kyan looked after us on reception. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Room was comfy and good facilities. We used the Spa which is really nice with a good sized pool. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly! We had a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel. The room had another room up a small set of stairs above and you could really hear the other guests moving about above. The bed was super comfy with good amenities in the room inc tea, coffee, snacks ,water, iron, hair dryer, dressing gowns, umbrella etc. The bath was not a full size but the bathroom was clean and looked great."

"we stayed here for the laughterama comedy festival at castlefield bowl and it was perfect. The hotel literally overlooks the bowl and there are so many of Manchesters best places to see, restaurants, bars etc within 10-15 minutes including the science and history museum across from the hotel. The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. "
