"This house was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fishing from the beach, the Sand Bar for lunch and local fish from the market. House was well stocked with supplies for the beach and host was terrific with excellent communication. We have been to the area several times and this was by far and away our best trip. Just an amazing house and we cannot recommend it enough!!!!"

"Perfect spot for a golf trip. House was awesome! Very clean. Pool table was a hit. We grilled out every night. Relaxed in the pool. Beds were comfy (I got the big bedroom with the AWESOME shower!) really there was nothing this house didn’t have! "We loved this property, the kitchen is perfect for families that don’t want to eat out for every meal. The main bedrooms are awesome, and the ‘den’ with the sofa bed worked great for us as well. The property does not smell musty as some do, and is at the perfect distance for enjoying Lemon Bay and the Gulf. Neither were busy during our stay. Highly recommend. "

We are used to staying at beachfront properties, and it was no trouble at all to walk to the beach and enjoy our coffee. We were very worried about all the private property signs on the beach based on reviews we read. We had no trouble at all finding a spot on the beach. We were impressed by the cleanliness here and we had a great time! It’s a perfect place to stay for a small family!"

Bird life was especially good for viewing in the back yard and we had at least 3 small alligators in the lake.
