"The most beautiful place to stay in Fiordland. Cute retro cabin with great kitchen and bathroom. On the lake. Great walks around the area and easy walk to Real NZ port for boat to Doubtful Sound. Host Henry and his family were really friendly snd helpful - great experience visiting Possum Lodge"

Verified traveller

It is very small not many options for food although Te Anau is 20 mins away, by car, with many options. It is close to the embarkation point for Doubtful Sound cruises, walking distance, which was excellent, a beautiful trip.
