Was a great location, very close to the Eagle Lodge. Great to be able to walk to Eagle Lodge with small children. Condo was clean and also had access to the jacuzzi and sauna.

Great & Convenient
Went here for a snowboarding weekend with my partner and two other friends. Check in was super easy and the app they had us use was very convenient. Location was perfect and was less than a 10 minute drive to the slopes. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day on the slopes as well. Everything was clean and was more than enough space for four people.

Very good location, just far enough out of the mainstream but close enough for everything - definitely where you want to be when Eagle lift is turning. Everything you would have at your kitchen is in this condo. Highly recommend

Incredible location
There were definitely some things that could use updating… but the underground parking and short walk to eagle ski lift made it totally worth it. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bath and hot tub towels. Great heater & fireplace. Nice strong water pressure in the shower.

Nice one bedroom condo located within an easy walk to the Eagle Lodge and Express Lift. Could use some maintenance to improve reliability of the heating system and cable TV. Hosts were responsive to issues that came Up.

Great walk to Eagle!
Overall ok place. It’s really showing it’s age. The shower was really hard to operate and I couldn’t get the TV to work. The kids bed is up against the corridor wall so they heard corridor traffic throughout the night. But really easy logistically, so I’d stay there again, it’s just not great.

The condo was the perfect size for us and its proximity to the ski slope was a plus. The cable Tv didn’t work and I had to make a few calls but at least got ROKU to work. The “spa” was luke warm; not worth the effort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic unit. Excellent location at the Summit. For those that know Mammoth, you are a very short walk to Eagle Lodge. Very clean, although seems the cleaning crew may have missed the dishwasher as there were dirty dishes when we arrived. Only one complaint... the fireplace did not work, and was inoperable the time we are there. Hopefully this was a one off occurance.

Our stay in Mammoth
We arrived around 9pm and discovered that water was dripping from the ceiling the carpet below it was soaked with water. We tried to reach the management but was not able to until early the next morning. They did not offer us other accommodations. I was not able to make full use of the unit. I asked to extend the stay 1 more day but they would not do it for less than 2 days.

Great Location, walk to lifts

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The kitchen has more than enough pots, pans, utensils, etc. They could use a few more mugs and cereal bowls, but that's it. The layout is wide open and comfortable. The couch is big and comfortable, just a little worn looking. There isn't room in the master bedroom closet which was fine since there was just two of us, but could present an issue if you have 4 people staying in the condo. Something else to note is that is can get dark in the living room when there is lots of snow, it can pile up almost to the second floor. The hot tub is really close by, which was great! We walked to Eagle each morning and came back for lunch before heading back out for the afternoon. Overall, it was a great stay!

Ideal location for family with young kids!
We were thrilled to find a property where we could literally walk to one of the ski lodges! Having young kids in ski lessons each morning, this saved us so much time (and money on parking). We walked over to Eagle Lodge each morning and walked back after a day of skiing. The underground parking was awesome and it was so nice to not really need to move our car. The unit was fully stocked with a great selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving-ware etc. The layout was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 9&5). Master bed was very comfy! The only downside was the internet/wifi. We were never able to connect. Our cell service was non existent there too. However it was nice to completely disconnect from a phone screen for a change for a couple days! We would definitely stay here again in the future :) Thanks for providing a wonderful place to stay!!

I gave a 1 star less bc the manager called to let us know internet would probably be out but they would give us a credit/little off for the inconvenience but that never happened. Also you won’t get great cell service In the condo. Other than that it was clean had all the kitchen gadgets/dishes you could use.

Fantastic location, but communication could be better
My wife and I stayed here for a ski weekend at Mammoth. The location could not be better for skiers... we were literally across the street from the Eagle Lodge. The place was clean, well-equipped, and spacious for the two of us. It's ideal for a couple or a family with up to two small children. The wifi at the condo did not work due to an issue on the internet service provider's end. Although I understand that the owners have limits on how to fix such issues, the very sporadic communication from the property managers made the situation more frustrating. In the end they refunded some of our money. Normally a lack of wifi is not a huge deal for us, but it turns out that the condo also has poor cell service (we have Verizon) and so doing things like searching for dining options became more difficult. Luckily the place is close to town, so driving into town to explore options was easy. It turns out that phone connectivity is an issue for much of the ski mountain as well, which we found surprising. TLDR; Great place to stay, but don't count on having a strong internet connection.
