「Haus liegt sehr gut! Die Stühle in der Küche könnten bequemer sein!」

「Tolle, ruhige Lage, 5 Gehminuten vom touristischen Zentrum entfernt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Hasta la proxima. 」

「Wir haben zu dritt (gemeinsam mit unserem Teenie-Sohn) einige Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir haben die Insel schon sehr oft bereist und waren in den Tagen zuvor an der Küste. Doch diese Casa war der Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Ausblicke von verschiedenen Terrassen und Etagen, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Detail, der excellente Kontakt zu Antonella sowie die Ruhe in diesem sehr schön gelegenen Dorf haben uns begeistert. Wer Strand möchte, kommt sehr schnell dort hin...

「Sehr schönes niedliches Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Schöne Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Dachterrasse mit Weitblick zum Meer. Ruhige Strasse und parken gar kein Problem. Wasserdruck und Warmwasser super. Tolle Ausstattung.」

「Es waren schöne Tage... bei Problemen, sofortige Hilfe! Tolle Lage und sehr empfehlenswert!」

「Das Ferienhaus ist in bestem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Alles ist in Ordnung und funktioniert. Hervorzuheben sind die vielen Aufenthaltsbereiche im Freien. Der Pool ist groß und auch tief und wird bestens gepflegt. Bester Service durch die Gastgeberin.」

「Das Haus liegt wunderschön außerhalb von Andratx. Gisela Schuischel ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.Man kann einige schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus machen. Ein Auto ist aber dennoch unbedingt empfehlenswert. Der Check-In war völlig unkompliziert.Da unser Flug am Abreisetag erst um 22 Uhr ging, konnten wir sogar noch bis abend im Haus bleiben.Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.Elisabeth und Uwe」

「Tolles Haus in zentraler Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zusätzlich war Fancisca jederzeit ansprechbar und hat tolle Restaurantempfehlungen gegegben.」

「Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Insgesamt hat das Anwesen sehr viel Charme, es blüht überall! Die Lage in der kleine Wohnstraße ist sehr ruhig, man hört fast immer nur die Vögel, und in der Ferne die Glocken der Schafe. Runter zum Strand braucht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, aber es sind auch jede Menge Parklätze dort vorhanden.Rund um das Haus gibt es schattige und sonnige Plätze, die Dachterrasse ist grandios und mit allem ausgestattet (Liegen, Liegestühle, Schirm). Der Gasgrill...

「Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in den Fotos einsichtig sehr schön, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, 5min von Arta entfernt vollkommen in der Natur und ungestört.」

「We had a nice time at this house. Unfortunately we could not use the outside place due to bad weather.The location was good so that we were able to walk to the beach with the kids. It was nice that there were some beach toys for the kids as well 」

「Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back.」

「Nice Apartments, nice friendly and welcoming staff. clean hotel. The pool area nice and clean music around the pool would be a nice touch. Drinks/snacks reasonable Good location walking distance to the supermarkets, bus stop. The beach is a very short walk away from the hotel. 」

「Fantastic apartments nice and spacious. Very clean. Staff fantastic and friendly, really went out there way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Entertainment were fantastic with my little one. 」

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
