The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space overlooking the stunning Mallacoota inlet.
The spacious open plan living area has expansive floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lake, ocean and Gabo Island.
Two bedrooms/ two bathrooms and can sleep up to six.
WIFI and Netflix are also available.

Enjoyable stay
Overall, we had a great stay. It’s a beautiful location with an amazing view from the deck. The driveway is steep which makes it a bit challenging to access the property. And the bed in the primary bedroom is not good. Otherwise, it’s a great property.

Beautiful location and comfortable house! Stunning views!
Lovely spot! The view was incredible! As people who also run a rental, we thought to give some feedback… very minor… Beds in second room very comfortable, but main bedroom bed was a bit average… Sleeps six people and only 4 chairs around dining table… We had a wonderful time! Beautiful wild life around!

Comfortable with a view.
Very nice property. Very clean. Great location. Fantastic views. Really didn't want to leave. Driveway is really not for the faint hearted as it's steep and gravelled, but the actual car parking is level. There is an easier option that the neighbour told us about closer to and level with the road.

Peace & Quiet
Property is a bit out of town but we relished in the peace and quiet. The weather wasn't on our side so we were stuck indoors for the first day and a half but the views certainly helped make up for that. Property was very clean and comfortable with all the necessities of home in a well appointed kitchen. All in all, we had a lovely stay and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Very clean and comfortable two bedroom accommodation. Great views of the inlet. Quiet location about 5 kilometres from Mallacoota township. Driveway might be a bit challenging for some drivers. We will stay here again on future visits.

Beautiful stay!
Amazing property with everything you need especially for kiddies aged under 4. Modern and clean with tvs in every room and even a washing machine! Beautiful views of the water every morning with my coffee, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The driveway was a little tricky to park on but got used to it.

The location and view is outstanding. Sitting on the balcony at night looking across the lake in particular has an amazing view. The quality of the property is very good, it is a very comfortable place.

Amazing views from an expansive deck, quick access to a range of fishing options and easy communication with prompt response from property manager were highlights. Tired furniture in lounge/dining area needs an upgrade, we weren't provided with bath towels despite website stating linen provided and the driveway was very difficult to navigate. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return.

Stunning view
A pleasant stay although the parking aspect really needs addressing. A 4wheel drive vehicle is required to back out from the landing and it is quite dangerous backing up the steep driveway straight onto the road.

Lovely view, nice comfortable house however a few quirks with kitchen drawers I suggest handles instead of self opening push drawers and cupboards as I got my fingers caught several times it was very annoying. We were told it was a 5 km walk into town it’s actually 7.5 kms and you should be warned the driveway is steep and gravelly with little room to turn the car. Not a suitable property for anyone with mobility issues and nothing is really within walking distance. It was clean and well presented .

Quiet and Restful
A lovely clean property with fabulous views across the water to the National Park. The local bird life was endlessly enchanting and nightly visits from the resident possum fun. The area is close to Mallacoota township and local walks and beaches are close by. Property is well appointed with all you need for a relaxed stay. We enjoyed our holiday and would certainly recommend. The only slight issue I would mention is that the driveway is unsealed, steep and awkward. Be careful if you are arriving at night or have mobility issues. Once inside, the property is all on one level and easy to get around.
