Great choice! This property is one block away from Palladium Mall. Imperial Cafe is on the first floor. Sauna and steam room was great after walking an entire day. From this property you can walk to see all the main attractions.
To get to the hotel and back you can use Uber.
Internet: Fast
My room: imperial suite. Very clean
Hot water: Warms up fast with good water pressure
Breakfast: Good - At the imperial cafe.
I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel design is chic, location is OK but to close to tourist crowds. The reception staff were not helpful and denied most of our requests. The dining room during breakfast was not clean and the staff were too efficient.

Outstanding stay, the staff went above and beyond for our stay, so informative and friendly, the hotel is in a brilliant position literally at the end of Charles Bridge they also offer free tickets to one of the Charles bridge Gate tower. It was a lovely stay and we wouldn’t dream of coming back to Prague without staying here again.

The hotel is in an excellent area. We walked everywhere! The bed was comfy and our room (#214) had an almost perfect view of the Christmas market. If we had been one room over we could have seen the clock from our window. Biggest negative was the hot water. We rarely had any! We complained twice and apparently we were the only people in the hotel having the issue. Very strange and frustrating!! The bathroom was small with minimal storage space. There was no recognition of my VIP status. Not even a free drink like we got in hotel in Vienna.
