"We have been coming to Chico every year to participate in the "Wildflower" bike ride. This by far has been our best stay. It's location is actually at the beginning of the route. As well, as a superb proximity to Bidwell park and downtown. We look forward to staying here again next year."

"Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. "

"Lovely cottage, exactly as described. Clean, well appointed, everything you need for a long or short stay. So charming, beautifully decorated, so homey and comfortable! Our stay happened to be during a long rain, so we didn't get to walk around the area, but the property is well located, and any other time, I know we would have loved walking along the creek. "The house is darling! Loved the kitchen and living room areas and having a fenced yard for our dog was a real help. The neighborhood is quiet and a very easy walk to Bidwell Park. Walking distance to a good restaurant for breakfast too!! It was wonderful."
