"Location is good which is about 7 mins walk from Sapporo station. Staff are nice and they offer free amenities at the reception. Room is general good, comfortable but the toilet is a bit smelly. You have to arrange the cleaning day by day thru your TV. We stayed 6 nights there, after they cleaned on 3rd day, the bed sheet was with some dirt and seems that they won’t change it. Anyway, we slept well and worth money. "
