"The only thing I have problem with that they don’t have door to close when you take shower , they should have curtain or fully slide Glassdoor so the water won’t come out of the shower place. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good and have variety of options of chose from. Would recommend it to my family and friends.!"

"Check in is very time consuming. Room is very congested for the prices we paid. Towels were given upon request. Check out staff even did not bother to speak even and just waved hand to point the place where we should put our key. It was overpriced experience. We had better treatment in US for same amount. "

"We enjoyed staying at Elaf al taqwa and all the employees were wonderful from management, restaurant, cleaning and bell hop and special thanks to Muhammed shovo who did our laundry. Every went above and beyond. Clean rooms, nice smells all over the hotel, spacious I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone trying stay in madinah."
