"Have requested for baby bottle sanitizer for a couple days, promised to bring to my room, but never show up. Hotel does not have in room dining service and vending machines, couldn’t get any alcoholic drinks at night, not user friendly. Gloomy and rained during our stay, couldn’t experience the outdoor pools and beach, quite disappointed. On the other side, front desk is very helpful in recommending restaurants for us."

"Rather centrally location - 11min via Yui rail, 8min walk to the nearest Yui Station and about 15min walk to Kokusai Dori. Lots of eateries around the hotel Was a pleasant gesture for them to upgrade my room."

"Nest is a fabulous little Hotel right in the heart of Naha Okinawa. Very good and interior design, free coffee, helpful staff clean rooms with all the lovely amenities you could want. Excellent day on every level no complaints five stars."

"Really lovely place to stay, the room is clean and quiet, pretty spacious for single person, 15 mins walk to Naha centre. Staff was helpful and friendly. "
