"You have one exceptional employee! Tiamana went above and beyond!! We were out on the streets buying something and we didn’t speak Malagasy. Tiamana walked by and came to the rescue! He could’ve walked by and went home, but stayed and helped us out! At the hotel he was always kind and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Love you Tiamana! Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive. Highly recommend the Excursion team. "Nice and grand lobby. The manager welcomes and helps us with the Chinese menu. Free shuttle bus to International Airport with 5 minute driving distance. Excellent service over all! Definitely will book this hotel again if we come back Madagascar. "
