Madaba Family Hotel

"A nice hotel in the heart of Amman. I stayed there twice in a two week period. The downstairs staff was very helpful, I even got a haircut in the barber shop in the lobby, very nice guy. The hotel is relatively new, the room was a decent size, it was relatively clean. I had room service a few times, the food was very good, and the service quick. My only quibbles were the housekeeping was a little tardy, they forgot to clean my room one day and the other day really late, almost evening before they made it to the room for cleaning. The other problem I had was with laundry I had done. It was supposed to be done the following day and I kept having to chase it down, being promised it would be delivered to my room a couple of times, I tinally got it about an hour before I left for the airport. I would also note there is a little bit of traffic noise from the room I was in, which faced the busy street the hotel is on. Minor things, overall it was a good stay and the staff overall was very good."

"Welcoming staff, nice clean rooms, great territory with food and small houses for cats 😻tasty breakfast buffet with lot of vegetables. Room service options are limited and not exactly as appear on the menu; in general not too many dining options except open evening buffet but you can walk to nearby places. Gorgeous heated swimming pools, really warm and clean. Amazing Zara spa with good but not cheap treatments and lovely facilities. We come here every year in December to enjoy warm weather😍"

"Receptionist was really helpful. All the staffs were kind and customer focused. Tehy helped out with recommendation to nice resturant Ayra resturant is aamzing and opposite the hotel. Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful. The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay. Good price and they went above and beyond. Definitely will visit again."
