The name is deceiving—this is NOT a suites motel, which would imply interior room entrances. It is an old, outside room entrance. There are several motel chains nearby that have interior room entrance. The front desk person was very friendly.

Check in was good. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. When we entered the room, it was obvious it was a smoking room. We went back to the desk and requested to be moved to a designated non-smoking room. The receptionist said "all rooms are non-smoking." Regardless, we asked to be moved to another room and unfortunately it was no different. We found evidence of burn marks and an ashtray in the room. So this hotel allows smoking. The carpets were also dirty which may have contributed to the foul smell. We are members of the Best Western program and we were very disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

Very friendly staff and very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Good breakfast and very sweet lady working the breakfast. Made sure you had everything you needed. Same with the checking in and out the women were so pleasant and helpful. Real southern hospitality. Will stop there again on my way to Florida again.

Booked a stay for 2 nights and 3 days, my room keys expired on the second day. I had to constantly call the front desk after standing there for a while. The staff there over the weekend through Monday did not speaking English when I tried engaging with them.

The suite had stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on surfaces and smelled of mold. The closet door wouldn’t open as the carpet was in the way. I will not stay here again. If I hadn’t checked in late and needed a room I would’ve left.

Great Experience
We had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton with a family of 5 and our two pets. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was great for the kids. Great experience during a difficult and stressful time for our family.
