"We made a reservation for the previous night to guarantee an early check-in because our flight was arriving at about 4:30am. The lady that checked us in was so kind and helpful, she let us stay until 1pm when the normal checkout time was 11am. We were so tired from traveling so the extra time was very much appreciated."

"You need to pay for everything like shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, etc. Thats insane. This is the only hotel that i needed to pay for those stuff. The hotel itself looks fancy but its not friendly. Cheap hotels are more convenient because they provide everything "
