「Fantastic environment. Really nice apartment, great facilities, perfect environment for families. Nice walks and good location to drive/train to a variety of other places. We came from the UK and it is a straightforward 3 and a bit hour drive from Dunkirk. Would recommend to any potential visitor.」

「The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.」

「Gezellig en leuke accommodatie. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alles. Het enige minpuntje was de grondwaterlucht in de kamer. En bij de incheck werd niet vermeld dat er in een algemene ruimte een mini bar was. Vooraf hadden wij ook geen instructies ontvangen over de incheck zodat het even zoeken was waar wij naar binnen moesten en de sleutel op konden halen. Verder was het een perfecte locatie en wij zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen. 」

「Wirklich schön gelegen und für Menschen mit Hunden perfekt, denn das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und direkt an einem Seitenarm der Maas. Das Haus ist groß, aber etwas steril eingerichtet. Thorn ist fußläufig zu erreichen und das Restaurant im Park sehr zu empfehlen!」

「The room and small kitchen area were dirty, dishes not washed. We only got one key for the room, difficult to come in with the code, took us long time to make it work. The gate was locked in the evenings but we had not gotten a key for that. Had to climb over the gate to get in. No direct communication with the place. The electricity was down when we came. All in all, a never again experience!!」

「Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam und sehr ruhig für die große Anlage. Alles in allem sehr schön. Zwei Sachen habe ich aber leider zu bemängeln. Zum ersten hieß es einen Weg zum Steg am See mit einem kleinen Anleger . Dieser Weg war regelrecht zubewuchert und keine Chance an den See zu kommen . Und das Gartenhäuschen war sehr dreckig und wir haben von den vormietern den Abfall der liegen geblieben war zudem weg geräumt 」

「Wij hebben een erg fijn weekend gehad in het Maashuis. Wij waren met een grote groep met uiteenlopende leeftijden (van 2 tot 70+) en daar is dit huis helemaal op ingespeeld met eigen slaap -en badkamers voor iedereen, zowel binnen als buiten gezellige eettafels voor grote groepen, knusse zithoeken, een spelletjeskelder en speeltoestellen in de tuin. Ook fijn dat het huis ruim voorzien is van genoeg borden, bestek, 2 vaatwassers, BBQ, ovenschalen etc. En alles is met zorg en aandacht ingericht....

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount

"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "
