"Really enjoyed my stay there. The front reception staff were friendly and helpful. Security was very pleasant to deal with. The entertainment in the Lobby at night was very good. Extremely close to great shopping and restaurants. I will stay here again to explore Makati and BGC area."

"first time I stayed in New World Hotel Makati, Location is very beautiful if you just like to go walk to shop, there is a yummy buffet in the hotel but this time I think it will renovate for 3 Months according from the staff. Safety and security are very good the shopping right at the cross of the road and take note, the Makati security will escort you until you made it to the other side of the mall from the side of the hotel to crossing the road. (they very nice guys). My husband and I had me in the 5th floor with the pool view by the window it was very nice and the room service are very good. "

" Dusit Thani was a bucket list when I was penniless in the 90’s. I used to look up and promised myself I will be able to afford it one day. My kids and I (separate bookings) stayed there this year and two generations have agreed that it is one of the best hotels in Makati when you talk about safety; accessibility (to International airport; transportation; shopping; etc). staff service; and overall amenities. Thank you for staying at the top of your game all these years. If there is one that I could suggest; it is on the overall fragrance of the hotel. It is nice but it gets obnoxious especially to those who are sensitive to smells- it would be nice if we are able to control the smell in the room. Otherwise, I am looking forward to more stays each time I am in the city or visiting the islands again"
