"Recently renovated cottage on the top of a hill, equipped with everything you need. There is a well maintained garden and swimming pool on the plot. The location is very private. When the host is on site, he makes you feel very welcome!"

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."

"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! First few days we were preparing for the symbolic wedding which we did on the 4th day of our stay. We had a few amazing pool parties, some of the guests went to explore the nearby cities, some helped woth the decorations and so on. "Trying to figure out how to unload luggage gave us a bit of stress, but the local people were amazing to help us. The area is amazing, wished we would have had more time to tour. "My wife and I didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight. I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. He woke up and greeted us with a smile and was very friendly; he was clearly exhausted but showed no sign of annoyance or frustration with us. This is clearly a family-run business, and they do a fabulous job with it. It was almost as if he was just glad we made it there safely. After we checked in, he told us to have a good night and laid back down on the couch behind the lobby desk. The next morning, we checked out with ease and we're treated greatly by the woman at the desk. This was a great hotel experience."
