"So much care had been taken to make the apartment comfortable. Excellent high quality bed, sofabed and bedding. Kitchen is enough to heat meals and make breakfasts. Dishwasher and washing machine small but very useful. There is a laundry downstairs if you want to do bigger loads. Local area is perfect for Museums , shops and restaurants. "It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key. If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!"

The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. "We enjoyed our stay at Black 49. When we arrived, I realised that we had not been provided with check-in instructions, however this was quickly fixed by contacting the property manager. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I was happy to find that there is an elevator in the building. The room was large and clean with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, dining table, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and it was a comfortable and welcoming space to relax...

"So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely. "
