"We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut, doch die Unterkunft war eine Zumutung. Schon beim Betreten schlug uns ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Das weiße Sofa war mit einer Decke bedeckt, offenbar um zahlreiche Flecken zu verbergen. Auch die Matratzen waren fleckig, überall im Haus fand man Dreck und Haare. Türgriffe waren klebrig, die Küche und das Bad schmutzig. Wände wiesen Flecken auf, und Putz sowie Farbe lösten sich. Die Möbel waren beschädigt, und in den Ecken standen verstaubte...

"The pic of the patio is accurate. Nice to cook inside and eat out on the patio with the beautiful lake view. Not a bad walk to the restaurants lakeside in the village, although do try Ristorante Vicania on the mountain above the village and castle. A bit of a damp smell in the bedroom. Bathroom is nice and big. Could have had some dish towels and pot lids that fit in kitchen. 20 francs/day parking. Our host was great."

"Corona is a charming village high in the mountains outside Lugano. We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable house. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and Lake Lugano. The village has a charming church, shops, many ancient houses, a few hotels, and a large swimming pool open to the public. Nearby are hiking trails in all directions. It is perfect for a family vacation."
