Genau auf den Zustand achten
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider war das Haus schon etwas heruntergekommen. Wir haben die Mängel bei unserem Check-our erwähnt. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice konnte man nichts mehr für uns tun, da jegliche Mangel unmittelbar aufgezeigt werden müssen. Also unbedingt am Anfang alles überprüfen und sofort melden. Sonst wird auf das Kleingedruckte im Vertrag verwiesen.

Gemeldete Probleme wurden ignoriert
Wir haben unsere Probleme alle an die Zentrale gemeldet aber keiner reagiert darauf . Uns wurde Empfang kein Nachlass gewährt und die Leitung des Unternehmens scheint es auch nicht zu interessieren!

Die Fotos sahen wesentlich besser aus als der Zustand tatsächlich war. Es waren mehr Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Fotos als tatsächlich vorhanden waren und somit fehlte 1 gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten abends. Alles sehr klein, Toilette bei der Sauna bei 5 Personen nicht so toll

Nettes Haus auf dem Priwall und naher schöner Strand
Das Haus steht inmitten einer schönen Feriensiedlung, 200 m vom Strand, die Anbindung an Travemünde über die Fähre ist super. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat zwei Terrassen, einen Kamin für die kühleren Tage und eine Sauna, haben wir im Ende September sehr genossen..
