"The stay was great. It was quiet and secluded. Amenities were in great shape and was in a great location. The only issues I had were that the A/C settings on the thermostat would not go under 74 degrees so the house would get a little warm at times. Also, there was a constant beeping coming from the garage heard throughout the house and especially in the bedroom by the garage. No one could sleep in that room because of the beeping. There was no access to the garage to try and stop the beeping....

"We spent our 25th anniversary at this property and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved the updated but tasteful decorating. I grew up going to a farm in Texas when I was younger and it maintained that character while still being very beautiful with all the amenities. I hope to visit again!"

"Beautiful views! Wonderful outdoor area to enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Loved drinking coffee in the mornings and wine at night around the firepit! The house had plenty of space for the 9 of us. The beds were so comfortable and everyone slept sooo well. Everyone was very happy with the beds. Beautiful setting. Latte, Espresso and Lorenzo were adorable and so friendly. Be aware this is a property very far out and wildlife everywhere! Driving at night can be stressful and somewhat long to...

The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!"

"This place was great! The hosts kept the inside very clean and honestly had all items that may be necessary to be used. Cooking pans, utensils, single stove burner, radio, etc — which was so nice. We loved how it felt isolated yet still close to town as well as Enchanted Rock. The livestock were also a plus! They came right near the Tiny House and we got some great pictures. Most of all, we loved that we were able to bring our pup and genuinely had the best weekend and stay."
